Great stay at Courtyard By Marriott Montreal Midtown! The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool, although the water was a bit chilly. Staff responded quickly to requests, making our stay more pleasant. However, there were some issues too—check-in was a little confusing. we had to figure out how to access parking with the room card ourselves. Also, the elevators were out of service for one whole day, which was frustrating, as we were on the third floor. The breakfast buffet had its flaws, and we were turned away from it at first, directed to a neighboring hotel instead. Overall, it had a lot of positives but also some notable inconveniences that could use improvement.

The indoor pool was a fantastic feature for my family, providing a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The parking accessibility was quite challenging, with limited spaces and confusing access that caused inconvenience during our stay.

The room was very clean during my stay.
I had a terrible experience trying to check in. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which made my arrival frustrating. I was also disturbed constantly due to the noise from the hallways and adjacent elevator. Parking was a nightmare, with limited spaces and poor access.

Friendly staff, but missing details
The location was perfect, just a short walk to local attractions. The spacious room featured a huge shower, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge.
The breakfast selection was disappointing with cold options and limited availability. I also faced challenges with parking access and a malfunctioning elevator during my stay.

The A/C was broken, and I had to switch rooms, but I enjoyed the comfy bed.

The stay was decent, although I wish there had been better food options besides just snacks, mainly salty and sugary items. a few sandwiches would have gone a long way. The room itself was very quiet, which was perfect for us after visiting the Montreal Holocaust Museum nearby. When we checked out, I noticed a few minor things like a leaking fridge and unresponsive lights, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a plus. The traffic getting in and out of underground parking was a hassle, but it had its manageable aspects too.
